Summary
Lead web merchandising strategy and execution for digital catalog and site merchandising initiatives. Partner with cross functional teams to drive product presentation, assortment prioritization, and conversion optimization across online channels. Serve as a subject matter expert for web merchandising best practices and lead programs that enhance customer experience and business performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute web merchandising strategy to maximize online sales and conversion.
- Lead prioritization of featured assortments promotions and content placement on site.
- Collaborate with product planning creative and digital teams to ensure cohesive presentation.
- Analyze performance data and iterate merchandising tactics to improve KPIs.
- Drive cross functional initiatives with marketing inventory planning and UX teams.
- Mentor and provide direction to merchandising associates and stakeholders.
- Manage merchandising governance and quality control processes for the online catalog.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in merchandising marketing or related field preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in merchandising with significant web or digital focus.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform merchandising decisions.
- Proven ability to lead cross functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms merchandising tools and content management systems.
- Excellent communication organizational and project management skills.
