Summary
Lead the Certified Manager Training initiative within Supply Chain Operations by designing, delivering, and sustaining instructional programs and documentation. Partner with cross functional stakeholders to implement training management systems and measure learning effectiveness while supporting rollout and program sustainment across the SCO network.
Responsibilities
- Lead documentation and training development workstream including intake, review, and instructional design
- Partner with Operations, HR, and Learning teams to align training with strategic priorities
- Own the train the trainer strategy and upskill manager trainers across departments and shifts
- Develop and maintain a centralized documentation repository for program content
- Support program rollout planning and communications with program leadership
- Manage update cycles, trainer audits, and content refreshes as program sustainment owner
- Serve as liaison for instructional design across SCO projects
- Contribute to design and implementation of learning measurement strategies to evaluate effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Instructional Design, Supply Chain, or related field
- 3+ years experience in program management, instructional design, and training development
- Experience with Learning Management Systems such as Workday and Cornerstone
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills for virtual and in person sessions
- Knowledge of organizational problem solving and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Gemba
- Skilled in project management, change management, and learning measurement
- Experience with Supply Chain operations and Warehouse Management Systems
- Ability to travel 25-50% to support on site training and deployment needs
