Summary
Lead the Certified Manager Training initiative within Supply Chain Operations by designing, developing, implementing, and sustaining instructional content and documentation. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deploy training programs and measurement strategies that build leadership skills and improve operational outcomes. Manage centralized repositories, train-the-trainer efforts, and program sustainment activities across the SCO network.
Responsibilities
- Lead department-level documentation and training development workstreams including intake review and instructional design
- Partner with Operations HR Learning COE and capability owners to align content with strategic priorities
- Own train-the-trainer strategy and upskill manager trainers across departments and shifts
- Develop and maintain a centralized documentation repository for program content
- Support program rollout planning and communications with program leadership
- Manage update cycles trainer audits and content refreshes as program sustainment owner
- Serve as liaison for instructional design and training strategies across SCO projects
- Contribute to design and implementation of learning measurement strategies to evaluate effectiveness
Requirements
- Four year degree in Instructional Design Supply Chain or related field
- Three plus years experience in program management instructional design and training development
- Experience with Learning Management Systems such as Workday and Cornerstone
- Knowledge of organizational problem solving and continuous improvement methodologies such as A3 Lean Gemba or 4DX
- Strong facilitation presentation and communication skills for virtual and in person sessions
- Skilled in project management change management and learning measurement
- Ability to translate operational needs into scalable training solutions and incorporate stakeholder feedback
- Willingness to travel 25-50 percent to support on site training and deployment needs
