Job Description

Summary

The Learning Enablement Intern will support the Manager of Learning Enablement on projects to improve effectiveness, measurability, and accessibility of learning programs across the companys digital learning landscape. This is a five month, in-person corporate internship based in New York City focused on HR systems, data analysis, and analytics. The role contributes to ongoing reporting, data audits, and a capstone Generation H project.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing dashboards and reports using learning metrics
  • Analyze Learning Management System and HR Information System data to identify trends
  • Complete data analytics and support compliance reporting for leadership and HR partners
  • Conduct data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems
  • Research and recommend improvements to make training more accessible and engaging
  • Contribute to a capstone project for the Generation H program
  • Support the Learning team with additional tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Currently a junior or senior in undergraduate studies in a relevant field
  • Strong interest in Human Resources, adult education, or data analytics
  • Comfortable using Microsoft 365 tools with Excel required
  • Familiarity with Power BI is a plus
  • Detail oriented, creative, and a fast learner
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
