Job Description

Summary

As a Legal Intern at Hermès, you will support the Legal team in New York City by assisting with contract review, research, and internal communications. This full-time internship offers a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience in a corporate legal environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts.
  • Conduct legal research on topics such as data privacy, compliance issues, real estate, and regulatory affairs.
  • Draft internal legal memoranda.
  • Provide general administrative support to the legal team.
  • Monitor and track relevant legal trends.
  • Support the legal team with general tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Must have a bachelor’s degree.
  • May be enrolled in an ABA accredited law school.
  • Strong academic background.
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
