Leonardo Training Specialist

As a Leonardo Training Specialist, you will be a key member of the Leonardo People Transformation team, responsible for supporting the planning, delivery, and maintenance of learning solutions for internal employees. You will play a crucial role in generating reports, updating training materials, and facilitating training experiences in various formats.

• Support the Leonardo People Transformation team with planning, delivery, and maintenance of learning solutions for internal employees.
• Generate recurring and ad-hoc reports using SAP BO and Excel to measure learning effectiveness.
• Update training materials, including PowerPoint presentations and PDFs.
• Facilitate training experiences in multiple formats, including in-person and hybrid instructor-led training.
• Troubleshoot Leonardo platform issues for employees.
• Maintain training resource libraries on SharePoint.
• Assist with meeting planning and execution.
• Provide additional support for key learning programs as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in learning and training.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in the optical industry, sales, and/or training.
• Proficient in in-person and virtual presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to deal with multiple stakeholders across a large, complex organization.
• Ability to travel as needed (up to 50% of the time).
