Responsibilities

• Perform and record accurate optical measurements and adjust ophthalmic frames
• Verify finished ophthalmic products upon arrival from the lab
• Provide thorough product and lens option explanations to customers and team members
• Train and support store staff on optical processes and techniques
• Offer style and fit consulting on the sales floor and assist with sales
• Represent the brand to attract and retain optical clients

Requirements

• Licensed Optician in the state of California
• 2+ years of optical experience
• Ability to communicate technical optical terms clearly
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
• Self-starter, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends
