Summary

The Licensed Optician supports KREWE's optical program at its Nashville location. This role combines optical expertise, client service, and style consultation to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform and record optical measurements, adjust ophthalmic frames, and troubleshoot vision issues.
• Verify finished ophthalmic products from partner labs for accuracy.
• Explain optical products and lens options to clients and train team members on optical processes.
• Provide style and fit consultations and support sales floor customer service.
• Build KREWE's optical client base and represent the brand.

Requirements

• Hold an active Optician license in Tennessee.
• Have at least 2 years of optical experience.
• Communicate technical optical information clearly and provide excellent customer service.
• Show a strong interest in eyewear, fashion, and culture, with attention to detail and time management.
• Be flexible with scheduling and available to work weekends as needed.
