Licensed Optician - Sacramento

As a Licensed Optician at Oakley in Sacramento, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and optical expertise. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the store meets its sales and customer service goals, while adhering to Oakley's visual presentation standards.

• Assist customers in selecting frames and coordinating them with optical measurements and prescriptions.
• Provide optical services as required by State law with professionalism.
• Achieve high levels of sales performance and results.
• Assign employees to specific duties and assist with work schedule assignments.
• Maintain compliance with corporate communications and oversee merchandise displays and presentations.
• Support the store team in maintaining visual objectives and housekeeping standards.
• Exercise judgment and discretion in day-to-day store operations.
• Ensure staff compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

• 2+ years of retail sales experience within a specialty environment.
• 1+ year of retail management experience.
• State licensure as an optician.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to develop and train staff.
• Physical ability to be on your feet most of the day and maneuver merchandise up to 40lbs.
