Licensed Store Manager

As a Licensed Store Manager at Oliver Peoples in Manhattan Beach, you will lead the store to success by developing a team that consistently delivers the Luxury Retail Signature Experience. You will be responsible for exceeding expectations in all areas of business operations, including financial results, customer satisfaction, merchandise presentation, and asset protection.

• Ensure delivery of the Luxury Retail Signature Experience.
• Direct and monitor all sales and operational activities to meet personal and store sales objectives.
• Recruit and hire superior talent with experience in a luxury service environment.
• Maintain high standards of sales and service.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Guide customers in selecting frames and lenses suited for their needs.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets Luxury Retail standards.
• Stay current on product knowledge and fashion trends.
• Maintain presentation standards on the sales floor and back office.
• Train and mentor Associates.
• Support set-up and execution of all events.

• High School Diploma.
• State licensure (where applicable).
• 2+ years sales experience in the luxury service industry.
• Management experience in a Retail environment.
• Knowledge of current optical theory and practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.
