Summary
The Licensing Apparel And Accessories Lead will drive strategic business development for the Hosiery Sleepwear Underwear and Intimates portfolio, leading licensing partnerships and elevating the brand within premium and luxury segments. This role partners cross functionally to develop financial plans manage P&L and execute long term growth initiatives while ensuring licensed product quality and brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Research and evaluate licensing opportunities in Hosiery Sleepwear Underwear and Intimates sectors
- Lead negotiation and structuring of licensing partnerships
- Develop business cases and financial models for new ventures
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy
- Partner with cross functional teams to ensure licensee compliance with brand standards
- Drive North America wholesale strategies aligned with owned business
- Lead strategic business plans and sustainable growth initiatives
- Manage budget and P and L responsibilities for assigned categories
- Create and monitor financial metrics and KPIs for licensed businesses
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in licensing business development or brand management
- Expertise in intimate apparel categories including Hosiery Sleepwear Underwear and Intimates
- Proven experience in North America wholesale strategies and relationship management
- Experience in premium or luxury sector
- Experience structuring and managing licensing agreements and partnerships
- Strong financial acumen and P and L management experience
- Proven analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
