Job Description

Summary

Supports integrated marketing campaigns and the execution of in-store events, partnerships, and local customer experiences. Works with store leadership and central teams to strengthen customer engagement, cultivate top clients, and support sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning and executing in-store events and animations, and track post-event results.
  • Support sponsorships, co-branding opportunities, and community initiatives that build local relationships and customer engagement.
  • Partner with store leadership to create experiences for top clients and monitor their visits, engagement, and spending.
  • Collaborate on local media plans and work with appropriate influencers and bloggers.
  • Support localized marketing opportunities, community involvement, and philanthropic programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • One to two years of direct experience.
  • Strong communication, leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work across teams and maintain a flexible schedule.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model with both in-store and remote requirements.
