Job Description

Summary

The Logistics and Repair Coordinator prepares and processes orders for shipping and organizes inbound watch shipments to the repair facility. This role assists with data entry and administrative tasks related to repairs, estimates, and coordination with administrative teams to ensure timely repair turnaround and accurate recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

  • Check incoming and outgoing retail transfers and create assemblies for transfers
  • Open and log incoming repair packages from couriers and record arriving watches
  • Produce registration and warranty documentation for orders
  • Maintain stock of warranty books, manuals and packaging essentials
  • Organize and maintain the vault and perform weekly cycle inventory counts
  • Enter service watches into the system and follow up to ensure timely repairs
  • Maintain an accurate customer repair database and update repair status via email and phone
  • Coordinate with Repair Center Manager, watchmakers and spare parts coordinator to manage due dates and backorders
  • Pack and ship repairs ensuring proper packing, insurance, labels and invoice documentation

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience
  • Ability to lift 20-40 lbs
  • Attention to detail and precise data entry skills
  • Basic computer skills and experience with ERP systems preferred
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage targets, deadlines and prioritize tasks
  • Proactive problem solving and organized work habits
