Logistics Associate

The Logistics Associate is responsible for managing the logistics aspects of products, including preparing and processing wholesale and boutique orders. This role involves attaching watch heads to appropriate straps or bracelets and preparing necessary documentation for each order.

• Check all incoming and outgoing transfers from and to Boutiques.
• Process e-Commerce, Wholesale, and Boutique sales orders.
• Assist in breaking down wholesale returns and ensure correct merchandise and paperwork are returned.
• Process e-Commerce returns and organize inbound watch shipments.
• Activate and print E-warranty cards as directed.
• Prepare attachment orders for service and repair sites.
• Maintain quality control of returned pieces and manage stock of warranty books and manuals.
• Organize the Vault for old and new products and perform inventory counts.
• Collaborate with related departments and assist the Logistics Supervisor.
• Support other areas like shipping and fulfillment when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the workroom and cross-train in various areas.

• High School Education or higher.
• Patience, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Flexible work hours and ability to work overtime.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and Great Plains/SAP.
