Summary
Join the store team as a Logistics Associate responsible for shipping, receiving, order fulfillment and backroom maintenance at the Eaton Centre location. This full time permanent role supports logistics operations, inventory tasks and on-floor activities while maintaining brand standards and contributing to team goals.
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming merchandise from warehouse vendors and stores following quality control and receiving processes
- Prepare product for placement on the sales floor and maintain backroom organization
- Oversee outgoing shipments ensuring accuracy of labels and packing slips and ship RTVs to warehouse
- Pick E-Commerce and IST orders and achieve targeted unit per hour pick rates
- Manage in-transit shipping and order documentation and reply to omni customer service emails
- Support seasonal inventory preparations and cycle counts
- Assist Logistics Specialist with daily tasks ad-hoc projects and cross-functional team support
- Identify report and troubleshoot common errors and discrepancies
- Maintain merchandise standards on the sales floor and support merchandising activities
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of retail experience preferably in a luxury environment in a logistics role
- Experience with shipping receiving merchandising order fulfillment and inventory management
- Strong attention to detail in processing incoming and outgoing merchandise
- Ability to work collaboratively in the stock room and with the in-store team
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow processes and standards
- Ability to lift and move heavy boxes and perform physical tasks including bending kneeling and standing
- Accountability for accurate receiving scanning and tagging of merchandise
