Job Description

Summary

As a Logistics Associate at Harry Rosen in Laval, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of logistics within the store. You will be responsible for managing shipping and receiving processes, maintaining merchandise standards, and supporting order fulfillment.

Responsibilities
  • Receive incoming merchandise from warehouse, vendors, and other stores.
  • Follow quality control and receiving processes for all incoming goods.
  • Prep product for placement on the sales floor in an organized and timely manner.
  • Oversee outgoing merchandise shipments, including accuracy of all labels and packing slips.
  • Support with picking E-Commerce and IST orders, achieving targeted unit per hour pick rates.
  • Maintain a clean and organized shipping/receiving area.
  • Assist with seasonal inventory preparations and counts.
  • Identify, report, and troubleshoot common errors/discrepancies.
  • Provide cross-functional team support and adhere to company standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment, in a logistics role.
  • Experience with shipping, receiving, merchandising, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
  • Strong attention to detail in processing incoming/outgoing merchandise.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with in-store team and independently.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lift and move heavy boxes.
