Summary
Join the store team as a Logistics Associate responsible for shipping, receiving, order fulfillment and backroom maintenance in a luxury retail environment. You will support logistics operations, maintain merchandise standards and collaborate with the sales floor and logistics specialist to ensure timely and accurate processing of inventory and shipments.
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming merchandise from warehouse vendors and other stores following quality control and receiving processes
- Prepare product for sales floor placement and maintain backroom organization
- Oversee outgoing shipments including accuracy of labels and packing slips and ship RTVs to warehouse
- Pick E Commerce and IST orders and achieve targeted pick rates
- Manage in transit shipping documentation and reply to OMNI customer service emails
- Support seasonal inventory preparations and cycle counts
- Assist with daily logistics tasks and ad hoc projects assigned by the Logistics Specialist
- Identify and report discrepancies and troubleshoot common errors
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of retail experience in a logistics role, preferably in a luxury environment
- Experience with shipping receiving merchandising order fulfillment and inventory management
- Strong attention to detail in processing incoming and outgoing merchandise
- Ability to work collaboratively with in store teams and support sales floor maintenance
- Strong communication skills and accountability for scanning and tagging merchandise
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy boxes and be on your feet bend and kneel as required
