Responsibilities- Optimize logistics and warehouse operations by refining processes, workflows, and layouts.
- Develop and manage KPIs and performance dashboards to track efficiency and drive data-driven decisions.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with excellence standards.
- Maintain accurate records and generate dashboards for key logistics insights.
- Benchmark and implement best practices focusing on sustainability and green projects.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage warehousing technology and SAP tools.
- Ensure compliance with safety and ergonomics across logistics functions.
Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a large-scale manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Proven knowledge of work measurement and economy of motion concepts.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools.
- Ability to present information effectively to Sr. Management and other groups.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel; experience with Power BI/Tableau is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of ERP & MRP systems; SAP experience is highly desired.
- Bilingual in Spanish or French is a plus.
