Logistics Coordinator

As a Logistics Coordinator at Richemont in New York, you will support the logistics function at our NY Platform, ensuring efficient processing of stock transfers and shipments. You will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory accuracy and facilitating smooth import/export operations.

• Timely processing of stock transfers into and out of the NY Platform for all sales networks, PR shoots, and events.
• Packing shipments according to Richemont shipping policies with appropriate packaging.
• Receiving and handing off packages to armed couriers for inbound and outbound shipments, and scanning all shipments into inventory management software.
• Collaborating with the Supply Chain Services team to resolve import/export questions and needs.
• Executing inventory counts as needed.

• High School diploma.
• Computer literate with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work standing up for 2-4 hours at a time.
• Experience handling high-value products is a plus.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Team player with a customer-centric mindset and exceptional attention to detail.
