Logistics Coordinator

Summary

The Logistics Coordinator supports daily logistics operations across U.S. business divisions. The role coordinates shipments, maintains carrier relationships, prepares reports, and helps resolve shipping issues while supporting secure and timely delivery of client purchases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments and maintain carrier relationships.
• Prepare operational reporting and help resolve shipping issues.
• Support the insurance claim replacement program and other cross-functional initiatives.
• Contribute to process improvement and provide internal and customer service support.

Requirements

• Two-year college degree in Business or relevant field experience.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work retail operational hours and support occasional needs outside standard business hours; some remote work may be required.
• Luxury retail experience, luxury watch or jewelry brand knowledge, and logistics or fraud prevention experience are preferred.
