Responsibilities- Lead the design and implementation of the target operating model for distribution center processes using SAP S/4 Hana and edge applications.
- Represent distribution center aspects of the program globally, ensuring regional requirements are met.
- Champion industry best practices and SAP’s pre-configured industry standards.
- Participate in the global design phase, developing processes that can be adopted globally and operate regionally.
- Maximize SAP functionality and shift manual processes to automated solutions.
- Identify key business capabilities and drive efficient business processes.
- Document current ERP and Edge systems data flows and integration points by region.
- Identify and mitigate gaps in process or technical areas in the TO-BE solution.
- Ensure clear ownership and responsibility across edge systems during cutover.
- Embrace change and act as a transformation champion.
- Prepare teams for mobilization and represent their findings.
- Create an agile testing approach for new capabilities across RL systems.
- Identify training needs to facilitate team knowledge.
- Build effective relationships and influence change.
- Communicate and summarize executive summaries effectively.
Requirements- 8+ years of experience in organizational leadership and strategic initiatives.
- Expertise in distribution center operations within a global, multi-regional fashion or consumer goods environment.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to engage with and influence senior executives.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Experience with leading systems in distribution operations, including ERP, OMS, WMS, WCS, WES, LMS, and YMS.
