Summary

Responsible for receiving, unpacking and delivering merchandise to selling departments, fulfilling and shipping customer orders, and supporting store operations to ensure exceptional customer experiences in a fast paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload freight and unpack new merchandise
• Deliver merchandise to selling departments and organize stockrooms
• Fulfill customer orders timely following packing and shipping standards
• Utilize inventory management systems to scan and process shipments
• Prepare and ship customer orders meeting quality standards
• Assist with store set ups, markdowns and relocating fixtures
• Maintain clean and organized selling floors and backrooms

Requirements

• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using various technologies and computer applications
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Ability to perform continuous movement for 6 to 8 hours per shift with frequent bending and reaching
