Logistics Processor

Summary

Independent and motivated logistics processor responsible for receiving, unpacking and delivering merchandise to selling departments, fulfilling and preparing customer orders, and supporting store operations to ensure outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload freight and unpack merchandise
• Deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments
• Fulfill customer orders following quality standards
• Prepare and ship customer orders following packing and shipping standards
• Utilize inventory management systems to scan and process shipments
• Research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes
• Maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
• Support store activities such as special events setup and fixture relocation

• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to use a variety of technology and computer applications
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
