Logistics Processor - Ross Park

Summary

Responsible for receiving, processing and delivering merchandise to selling departments while supporting store operations and customer order fulfillment. Performs physical tasks including lifting, packing and inventory scanning and helps maintain organized sales floors and stockrooms. Works a flexible schedule to meet business needs and supports events, markdowns and fixture moves.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload freight and unpack merchandise
• Deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments
• Fulfill and prepare customer orders following packing and shipping standards
• Use inventory management systems to scan and process shipments
• Research merchandise shipments per inventory control processes
• Assist maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
• Support store activities such as special events, markdowns and relocating fixtures
• Handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items safely

Requirements

• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfort using various technology and computer applications
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Capable of continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift
• Able to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
