Summary
The logistics processor receives and processes incoming merchandise, fulfills and ships customer orders, and supports store operations to ensure an excellent customer experience. This role requires independence, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast paced retail environment with a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
- Receive and unload freight and unpack merchandise
- Deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments
- Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner following quality standards
- Prepare and ship customer orders meeting packing and shipping standards
- Utilize inventory management systems to scan and process shipments
- Research and resolve merchandise shipment issues in accordance with inventory control
- Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
- Support store activities such as special event setup, markdowns, and fixture relocation
Requirements
- High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using various technology and computer applications
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Ability to provide outstanding customer experiences
