- Participate in receiving MTM and special-order goods, ensuring accurate receiving of all incoming merchandise.
- Coordinate merchandise preparations for timely placement on the sales floor.
- Complete markdowns, price changes, and product reticketing initiatives.
- Maintain an organized backroom and ensure shipping/receiving area is tidy.
- Support daily tasks and ad-hoc projects assigned by Operations Leadership.
- Assist with training logistics and operations associates.
- Collaborate with the Operations team, providing support on the sales floor as needed.
Requirements- 3-5 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment, in a logistics role.
- 2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, merchandising, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
- Attention to detail in processing merchandise in the shipping/receiving area.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team to achieve store goals.
- Strong communication skills and ability to lift and move heavy boxes.
