Logistics Supervisor

Summary

The Logistics Supervisor oversees warehouse and distribution operations, focusing on inventory accuracy, international inbound controls, and efficient fulfillment across channels. The role partners with wholesale, e-commerce, and customer service teams to ensure timely deliveries and returns management. Strong analytical skills and experience with ERP/EDI systems are used to generate reports, identify trends, and implement cost-saving improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and accuracy within the warehouse and maintain timely stock updates.
• Oversee inbound and outbound distribution processes to ensure efficient fulfillment.
• Coordinate international inbound shipments and ensure compliance with customs and delivery timelines.
• Use EDI to track inventory movements, troubleshoot discrepancies, and improve processes.
• Collaborate with wholesale, e-commerce, and customer service teams to support order fulfillment.
• Handle returns across e-commerce, retail, and wholesale channels and maintain return controls.
• Generate and analyze logistics data and reporting to monitor performance and identify improvements.
• Conduct cost-saving analyses and manage drop shipments for department store orders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems and experience with EDI preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
