Summary
Lead the store logistics team to ensure efficient receiving, order fulfillment, inventory management and backroom operations while coaching team members to achieve operational excellence and strong engagement metrics.
Responsibilities
- Train develop and coach logistics team members and set performance expectations
- Manage order fulfillment including picking packaging and BOPIS to meet deadlines
- Coordinate receiving of merchandise including hanging goods PO receiving and reconciliation
- Oversee inventory tasks including markdowns price changes seasonal counts and write off documentation
- Maintain organized shipping receiving area and backroom storage
- Monitor RTVs MTM refusals and in transit documentation accuracy
- Support operations tasks including service desk POS accuracy and logistics audits
- Collaborate with operations leadership for hiring onboarding and talent retention
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years leading logistics functions in a retail store or department
- Proven attention to detail in processing incoming and outgoing merchandise
- Experience with shipping receiving merchandising order fulfillment and inventory management
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to lift and move heavy boxes and perform physical stock room tasks
- Accountability for accurate scanning tagging and paperwork completion
