Responsibilities- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives by assisting in planning timelines, documenting processes, and driving successful project completion.
- Work closely with Logistics, Ecommerce, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between various teams to ensure project execution aligns with business goals.
- Encourage collaboration among cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable and impactful results.
- Work with IT teams to develop solutions that enhance logistics reporting and flows.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service levels through data analysis.
- Support the adoption of best practices and digital transformation efforts.
- Enhance data collection and reporting capabilities to drive strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and analytics reports for performance tracking.
- Provide analytical support on key initiatives and assist in preparing presentations and business cases for leadership.
Requirements- 5+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field, preferably within the Retail sector.
- Experience in Project Management and Process Improvement.
- Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools, with PowerBI required.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, SAP experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
