SummaryAs a Logistics Transportation Business Process Lead at Ralph Lauren, you will play a pivotal role in the Next Generation Transformation (NGT) ERP+ program. You will be part of the Global Logistics Business Process Stream, working collaboratively to design, build, configure, test, and deploy new systems that will transform the company's logistics operations globally.
Responsibilities- Lead the design and implementation of the target operating model for global inbound and outbound transportation processes.
- Represent transportation aspects of the program globally and collaborate with regional experts.
- Champion the adoption of industry best practices and SAP's pre-configured industry standards.
- Participate in the global design phase, developing processes that can be adopted globally and operate regionally.
- Maximize the use of SAP functionality and shift manual processes to automated solutions.
- Document current ERP and Edge systems data flows, dependencies, and integration points by region.
- Identify gaps in processes or technical areas and create mitigation plans.
- Ensure clear ownership and responsibility across edge systems during cutover.
- Embrace change and act as a transformation champion.
- Create a testing approach for agile development and release of new capabilities.
- Identify training needs to facilitate team knowledge.
- Build effective relationships and engage in healthy conflict to influence change.
- Communicate and summarize with brevity, including building executive summaries.
Requirements- 8+ years of experience with progressive responsibilities in organizational leadership and strategic initiatives.
- Expertise in transportation within a global, multi-regional fashion or consumer goods environment.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to engage with and influence senior executives.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Experience with transportation management systems including ERP, TMS, FMS, FAP, VMS, and EDI.
