Loss Prevention Investigator

As a Loss Prevention Investigator, you will work as a key member of the Loss Prevention team to prevent losses from theft and fraud. You will be stationed on-site at your assigned store, reporting directly to the Assistant Loss Prevention Manager. Your role is crucial in supporting the store's efforts to maximize sales by safeguarding people, products, and profits.

• Maintain the general safety of customers, employees, and the store.
• Assess and assist in emergency situations.
• Perform monitoring and surveillance activities to identify theft and fraud indicators.
• Conduct investigations and document all loss prevention incidents.
• Prepare and complete reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
• Reduce and control inventory loss through audits and training.
• Support and participate in store operations programs.

• Experience in Loss Prevention or Asset Protection.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Strong verbal and writing skills.
• Basic proficiency with computer software.
• Investigative and conflict management skills.
• Ability to respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Flexibility to work a schedule based on store needs.
