Loss Prevention Investigator

As a Loss Prevention Investigator, you will be an essential part of the Loss Prevention team, working on-site to prevent losses from theft and fraud. You will report to the Assistant Loss Prevention Manager and support the store's efforts to maximize sales by protecting people, products, and profits.

• Maintain the general safety of customers, employees, and the store.
• Assess and assist in emergency situations.
• Perform monitoring and surveillance activities to identify indicators for theft and fraud.
• Conduct investigations and document all loss prevention incidents.
• Prepare reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, and audits.
• Reduce and control inventory loss through audits and training.
• Support and participate in store operations programs.

• Experience in Loss Prevention or Asset Protection.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Strong verbal and writing skills.
• Basic proficiency with computer software.
• Investigative and conflict management skills.
• Flexibility to work a schedule based on store needs.
