Job Description

Summary

The Loss Prevention Manager at Michigan Avenue is a senior executive role responsible for managing all aspects of loss prevention and the credit office within the store. This position focuses on preventing internal and external shortages, fraudulent activities, ensuring safety compliance, and conducting store training on profit protection.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all loss prevention activities and the credit office.
  • Prevent internal and external shortages and fraudulent activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Conduct training sessions on profit protection for store staff.
  • Build strong relationships to protect company assets.
  • Manage a team and maintain a budget effectively.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Impeccable people skills.
  • Knowledge of retail loss prevention processes.
  • Experience in managing a team and maintaining a budget.
