Summary

The Loss Prevention Professional maintains a secure environment for clients and employees while serving as an ambassador and first point of contact for clients. This role supports store operations, security controls, and contributes to delivering a memorable in store experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional security and operations support to deter theft and protect assets
• Partner with senior security and management to respond to incidents and emergencies
• Follow daily inspections, alarm tests, equipment checks, and report submissions
• Carry out opening and closing procedures and back of house controls
• Assist with facilities repairs and communicate issues to the store team
• Support sales by deepening client relationships and acting as a brand ambassador
• Execute hospitality and store amenities to enhance the client experience

Requirements

• Valid security license
• High school diploma
• Basic computer skills
• Authorization to work in Canada
• Ability to work retail hours including nights weekends and holidays
• Preferred one year prior experience in a security related or retail security environment
