Summary

The Loss Prevention Professional maintains a secure environment for clients and employees while serving as an ambassador and first point of contact to deliver a positive client experience. This role combines visible security duties with back of house operations and contributes to sales and service goals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients and employees
• Act as a Tiffany ambassador and support store sales objectives
• Perform opening and closing procedures and back of house operations
• Follow security systems procedures including inspections and alarm tests
• Partner with senior security and management to deter theft and report missing assets
• Respond to emergency situations and implement incident management procedures
• Assist with facilities repairs and communicate issues to the store team

Requirements

• Valid Security License
• High School Diploma
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work retail store hours including nights weekends and holidays
• Authorization to work in Canada
• Experience in retail or security environment preferred
• One year prior security related experience preferred
