Loss Prevention Supervisor - Burrard

Summary

Lead and supervise the store security team to protect employees, clients, and assets while elevating the Tiffany client experience. Partner with Security Managers and store leadership to maintain Global Protection standards, optimize coverage, and support emergency response. Responsible for physical security systems, vulnerability assessments, and coaching staff to deliver a professional, customer-centric service.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate the security team to uphold Global Protection Standards and a strong security culture.
• Optimize security schedules and coverage during peak hours, events, overnight shifts, and facilities needs.
• Partner with Operations and Security Management to identify shrink reduction opportunities and drive corrective actions.
• Support emergency preparedness and incident management, serving as the point person during incidents.
• Ensure physical security systems (CCTV, alarms, radios, locks, keys, perimeter doors/gates) are functioning and coordinate repairs and maintenance.
• Conduct vulnerability evaluations and coach staff to provide a professional, customer-centric security presence.

Requirements

• Valid Security License.
• High School Diploma.
• Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency with computers.
• High level of integrity, a sense of urgency, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Preferred: One to two years of prior retail or security experience.
