Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional attention to clients and ensure outstanding hospitality throughout their visit.
- Anticipate client needs by learning their preferences and partnering with sales associates.
- Prepare and serve pastries, hot and cold drinks, and specialty beverages.
- Describe menu items, take orders, and recommend amenities for guests.
- Supervise hospitality areas such as the bar, dining room, and catering pantries.
- Ensure readiness of spaces, equipment, and supplies for unexpected requests.
- Order, receive, and distribute necessary supplies.
- Assist the team with activities to facilitate seamless client experiences.
- Receive and process customer payments when applicable.
- Maintain the general upkeep and appearance of the boutique.
- Coordinate hospitality supply inventory and monitor supply costs.
- Communicate and take initiative for cleaning before and after appointments.
- Maintain clean and organized hospitality areas.
- Develop understanding of the Maison and products to convey Cartier heritage.
- Engage clients through storytelling and sharing brand-focused stories.
- Uphold Cartier standards with a professional image and demeanor.
Requirements- Preferred associate’s or bachelor’s degree in hotel management.
- At least one year of experience as a Butler or similar role in hospitality.
- Previous experience in luxury retail or service industry is a plus.
- Excellent computer skills and use of technology.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand all day and exhibit physical strength.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of area restaurants, theaters, and attractions is a plus.
- Collaborative approach with a "can do" attitude.
- Intellectual curiosity and passion for learning.
