Luxury Footwear Specialist

Summary

The Luxury Footwear Specialist leads the shoe department, drives personal and department sales, and develops a loyal clientele through exceptional in-store and online service. This role promotes premium footwear collections, ensures brand representation, and delivers product training to advisors. The Specialist also supports merchandising and event coordination to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shoe department to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service
• Perform personal sales and holistic selling to build repeat clientele
• Promote footwear collections and ensure the brand image is represented on the sales floor
• Provide product knowledge training to advisors and develop team taste level
• Coordinate trunk shows and communicate with buying and visual teams on inventory and presentation

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment, footwear, or department leadership
• Experience within menswear categories (e.g., footwear, accessories, tailored clothing) is preferred
• Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences both online and in-store
• Ability to deliver training, develop others, and support team building to achieve financial goals
• Comfort with retail technology and working effectively as part of a team
