Luxury Sales Consultant

Summary

The Luxury Sales Consultant provides elevated service and product expertise to clients visiting the RH Gallery. This role builds lasting client relationships, identifies design needs, and partners with RH Interior Design to deliver a complete luxury experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and guide them through the RH product and service offerings.
• Own the client experience from initial contact through product delivery.
• Grow and maintain a client base while achieving fiscal goals.
• Represent the RH lifestyle brand and uphold Gallery visual and quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience in a design firm, high-end furniture, or luxury retail is preferred.
• Education or relevant experience in art, architecture, or interior design is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, organization, collaboration, and strategic skills.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 pounds, maneuver throughout the Gallery, and travel locally or out of state.
