• Deliver outstanding personalized service to clients and cultivate lasting relationships

• Execute professional selling behaviors and provide expert product knowledge
• Build and maintain a clientele through proactive outreach and clienteling
• Collaborate with vendor partners to maximize sales opportunities
• Participate in store events and promotional activities to drive traffic and sales
• Track client interactions and follow up to ensure ongoing engagement
• Perform ad hoc responsibilities to support store operations as needed

Requirements

• Proven sales track record in luxury retail or related apparel environment
• Passion for fashion and thorough knowledge of men's sportswear
• Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented with a results driven, competitive mindset
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
• Excellent communication and consultative selling abilities
• Availability to work retail hours including nights and weekends
