Luxury Style Advisor

As a Luxury Style Advisor at Saks Fifth Avenue in Naples, you will act as a brand ambassador, building genuine connections with customers and offering personalized styling advice. You will work with your team to deliver tailored customer experiences and support a welcoming sales environment, focusing on creating fashionable looks that strengthen the customer’s bond with the brand.

• Proactively greet and welcome all clients throughout the store to initiate the experience and demonstrate willingness to assist.
• Engage customers while building an authentic connection and offering personalized styling.
• Demonstrate selling and service behaviors that develop deep and lasting customer relationships.
• Promote store services and handle transactions smoothly.
• Assist customers across various store areas, including the sales floor and fitting room.
• Educate self and clients on merchandise, events, promotions, policy, and services.
• Drive loyalty by using product knowledge to enhance the customer experience.
• Operate as One House by assisting in operational tasks, maintaining the selling floor, and processing new receipts.
• Ensure audit compliance and Merchandise Protection Standards are met.
• Collaborate with store leaders and peers to meet goals and foster a positive team environment.
• Foster an environment of inclusivity and belonging amongst peers and clients.

• Styling experience in luxury fashion and/or strong knowledge of trends and designer brands.
• Effective communicator with experience in creating meaningful connections with customers.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office and lift up to 30lb.
• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technology proficiency and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Motivated and results-driven with a proven ability to set and achieve sales goals.
