MTM Manager - Design District

As a Made to Measure Manager at ZEGNA's Design District boutique, you will lead the MTM business by promoting services, developing a client base, and ensuring high service standards. Reporting to the General Manager, you will optimize sales and maintain a personal customer base.

• Maximize store sales and revenue by seeking new business opportunities.
• Monitor MTM customers and develop retention strategies with the sales team.
• Participate in MTM selling activities and support second fitting appointments.
• Train and develop MTM skills within the sales team.
• Organize and deliver MTM training, including product measurement and order processing.
• Promote MTM services outside the store and participate in local events.
• Maintain MTM area and ensure tools are accessible for the sales team.
• Enter MTM orders and communicate special requests to HQ.
• Provide order confirmations and maintain MTM order chart.
• Manage delivery or customs issues with MTM Administrators.
• Produce sell-out analysis and develop business strategy.

• 2-4 years of experience in garment construction and sizing.
• Experience in luxury menswear or custom suiting environment.
• Ability to self-learn and develop.
• Proven record in providing luxury customer service.
• Intimate knowledge of products and ZEGNA collection.
• Team leadership experience in coaching and customer care.
• Experience in driving performance through collaboration.
