Machine Operator

As a Machine Operator at Tiffany & Co. in Cumberland, RI, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the quality and precision of our jewelry products. You will be responsible for operating various machines and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.

• Safely run stamp presses according to toolmakers' specifications and ensure tool setup matches the work order.
• Operate lapping and bead machines according to specifications and check work orders before use.
• Perform basic operations of CNC machines and conduct quarterly machine cleanouts.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area, machine tooling, and parts.
• Ensure product quality and match to work order specifications.

• Working knowledge in a manufacturing environment.
• Good communication skills in English, including reading, writing, and understanding.
• Ability to interpret drawings and maintain workpiece tolerance.
• Excellent attention to detail and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to define process problems.
• Ability to work with limited supervision in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
