Responsibilities- Lead and perform preventive maintenance on critical and non-critical equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to store operations.
- Operate and monitor building controls and systems.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as loading and unloading materials.
- Assist with administrative tasks like parts ordering and vendor management.
- Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
- Document and share notes from store and vendor meetings.
- Complete preventative maintenance routines and mentor other technicians.
- Update the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Communicate and coordinate work with outside contractors and vendors.
Requirements- High School Diploma/GED; Associates or higher degree preferred.
- 5-7 years of hands-on facilities experience with mechanical maintenance.
- Experience in predictive and preventative maintenance procedures.
- Skills in HVAC, refrigeration, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic input and output functions.
- Strong communication skills and self-motivation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMS.
- Knowledge of computer networking systems and infrastructure.
- Project Management experience is a plus.
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule and meet physical requirements.
