SummaryAs a Maintenance Technician II, you will be responsible for conducting installation, preventive, and repair maintenance of facility systems and equipment in a highly automated environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by maintaining and repairing various systems and equipment.
Responsibilities- Acquire and maintain a detailed understanding of processes and equipment.
- Disassemble, clean, and repair all equipment both mechanically and electrically.
- Perform minor electronic repair, calibration, and alignment to equipment.
- Resolve equipment process and product problems utilizing established problem-solving methods.
- Execute maintenance responsibilities in conjunction with daily production plans.
- Maintain efficient use of labor, process supplies, and tools to help meet plan budgets.
- Maintain supply inventory, process tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
- Enter and analyze all maintenance data using maintenance management software.
- Provide support and maintain open communication with facility management staff.
- Assist to ensure that hourly established production goals and standards are being met.
- Maintain calibration log per ISO standards as required.
- Support team to consistently meet Key Operating Measures.
- Demonstrate and utilize continuous improvement techniques.
- Follow safety procedures and standards including Lock-Out/Tag-Out.
- Assume additional responsibilities and perform special projects as needed.
Requirements- Associates degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a highly automated manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Understanding of processes and team influence.
- Competent in Microsoft software applications.
