Responsibilities- Lead and perform preventive maintenance on critical and non-critical equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues related to store operations.
- Operate and monitor building controls and systems.
- Conduct equipment and building rounds, identifying and reporting malfunctions.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as loading and moving materials.
- Assist with administrative tasks including parts ordering and vendor management.
- Promote a safe working environment by adhering to safety procedures.
- Document maintenance routines and mentor other technicians.
- Respond to location emergencies and update maintenance management systems.
- Communicate and coordinate with contractors and property managers.
Requirements- High School Diploma/GED; vocational degree preferred.
- 5-7 years of hands-on facilities experience with mechanical maintenance emphasis.
- Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs.
- Ability to troubleshoot input/output functions and logical devices.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems.
- Knowledge of computer networking systems and infrastructure.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Physical ability to lift heavy loads and perform manual tasks.
