Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all facility equipment, ensuring smooth operations within our manufacturing environment. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and safety of our facility.

• Perform preventative maintenance on facility equipment as per schedule.
• Troubleshoot and repair maintenance equipment to support manufacturing schedules.
• Conduct general facility maintenance including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or PLC tasks.
• Disassemble, clean, and repair equipment both mechanically and electrically.
• Perform minor electronic repairs, calibration, and alignment of equipment.
• Enter and analyze maintenance data and track preventative maintenance activities.
• Assist in training manufacturing and maintenance associates.
• Support process improvements and adhere to safety requirements.
• Maintain adherence to company policies and assume additional responsibilities as needed.

• High school diploma or GED and one year of related experience.
• Experience in highly automated manufacturing and lean manufacturing operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues using electrical schematics and multimeters.
• Basic PC knowledge and math skills.
• Physical ability to lift 50-100 lbs and perform continuous walking or standing.
• Preferred: Associates degree in a technical field or equivalent experience with 3+ years related experience.
