Summary

Customer-facing role reporting to the Boutique Director, responsible for delivering exceptional client experience in a high jewelry boutique. The Maison Host greets customers, manages inbound calls, and provides written responses to inquiries via email and chat. This temporary to permanent role seeks candidates with retail or customer service experience or a relevant degree and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely and professional manner
• Direct visitors to the appropriate boutique team member
• Manage inbound phone calls and routing
• Respond to customer inquiries via email
• Respond to customer inquiries via chat
• Address questions about hours of operation and repair processes
• Support the Boutique Director and boutique team as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Retail or related field or one year of retail or customer service experience
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• Valid authorization to work in the United States
