Responsibilities

• Create personalized makeup experiences using CHANEL rituals for each client.
• Support events and sales at key retail partners and various points of sale.
• Share beauty trends and techniques to inspire and educate clients.
• Achieve sales targets and promote cross selling to increase client retention.
• Deliver consistent excellent customer service and maintain brand image.
• Recruit and build lasting professional relationships with clients.
• Travel regionally as required and support occasional travel across Canada.

Requirements

• Artistic retail makeup experience.
• Eligibility to work in Canada.
• Availability to travel regionally and to multiple points of sale.
• Ability to lift and move up to 15 lbs.
• Registered business with GST HST number preferred.
• Customer service focus and ability to work toward sales objectives.
