- Support and partner on implementing the BI strategy.
- Develop A/B testing frameworks with machine learning techniques.
- Perform data mining and build models to solve complex business problems.
- Identify and implement AI/ML applications and processes.
- Develop data structures to support reporting requirements.
- Ensure accuracy in dashboarding and reporting.
- Participate in business unit projects and initiatives.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in IT with knowledge of SDLC and Agile development.
- 5+ years in Business Intelligence and Data Science.
- 3+ years as a BI reporting and visualization engineer.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Java, C++, Python, or R.
- Experience in data science methods applied to real-world problems.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
